As we expand our services, we are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lead and Innovate: Design and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of children across various settings, including home, school, and community.
Mentor and Develop: Provide guidance and support to Behavior Technicians and BCBA Trainees, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of practice.
Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with families, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that drive positive outcomes.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Certification: Active BCBA certification is required.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client and business locations.
Availability: Must be able to support clients during our hours of operation, which are 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday-Friday.
Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, reaching, bending, and the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
Certification: Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Behavioral Therapy: Proven background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assessment Skills: Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and managing medical documentation within healthcare or educational settings.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records.
Leadership Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
